Can Drinking Coffee Help You Live Longer?
An article in the January 30, 2017 edition of Time magazine asks (and answers) the question: Is coffee the latest antidote to aging? Author Alice Park notes that "There's growing evidence that a daily jolt of java may be a healthy habit, thanks to its ability to keep heart vessels clear and lower the risk of Type 2 diabetes, as well as its cancer-fighting antioxidants." She goes on to state that coffee also appears to help combat aging. The study she cites focused on the cells of coffee drinkers and non-coffee drinkers.
